Overview:
	It’s Not A CNC Lathe But... It’s a standard lathe with a touch screen electronic control complete with stops, taper attachment, high speed threader and tracing. All models are equipped with a Variable Speed Drive with Constant Surface Speed

SmartLathe Advantage:
	Experienced manual lathe operators are able to work with this control system without prior CNC technology knowledge	Variable Speed Drive offers a large range of Constant Surface Speeds (CCS) in all three spindle speed ranges
	Manual operation is easy with the use of the electronic hand wheels or joystick for the X and Z axes. Travel limits are shown on the touch screen
	Complicated geometric shaped work pieces, requiring interpolation of the X and Z axes, are achieved by the use of a comprehensive range of semi-automatic cycles
	The required operation cycle is selected using graphic icons on the touch screen. Up to 15 different operation cycles can be saved and executed on demand
	Save the expense and inconvenience of having to use taper and hydraulic copying attachment to produce tapers and radii
	All type of threads can be produced without having to select gears
	Increased production and precision, and reduces work time per work piece produced on standard lathes
